Madness is not an illness...Madness is a Blessing.
Madness is the chaos of life... Madness is only for this season.
Madness is normal to the person experiencing it.
Abnormality is normal its the world that perople perceive to be normality that is utter madness.
Is madness normal? as normal as any other illness, but what is normal?
Madness is natural react to "normal". Once you can define what "normal" is? Then just maybe we can get a grasp on Madness...
Madness is part of humanity, love + acceptance are what humans need the most. When you find that in yourself, paths open up.
Everyone has a bit of madness in them its up to individuals how they react.
Madness is created by society and depending on your cultural background you may not be called 'mad' It is perfectly normal to find certain situations difficult and to have different brain chemistry and function is part of the normal range. I do not consider myself abnormal with an illness.
What is madness and who defines it? It makes no sense. All it does is give a 'label' or name to an individual without thought of how it may affect someone. I believe we all have the potential to fall within the 'labels' of madness given the right conditions/experiences. It (is/in) all a degree...madness is normal.
Everyone has the potential in life to develop mental health problems at some stage or another so itshould be treated as normal. then people would feel more able to be open about it and therefore aid their own recovery process faster.
Being made to feel ashamed and as if you have committed the crime of the century just for being ill only makes everything much harder.
I think 'madness' is the mind's ultimate way of protecting itself from unbearable stress by removing reality until the stress is dealt with. Chemicals not being created in the body is the way this is achieved.
